Why is my account empty?

If you log into your account and don't see any courses or billing information listed, you have an empty account.

An empty account is created when the subscription process is interrupted. Your internet could go out, or you could accidentally navigate to a different page while entering your information. You can also have an empty account because you took a free practice test but have not subscribed yet.

In order to finish the subscription process, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to: https://www.240tutoring.com/study-guides/
  2. Find the study guide you need by selecting your state or exam series
  3. Click the Start Studying button
  4. Sign in to your existing account
  5. Enter your billing information to complete the sign-up process

This should allow you to complete the creation of your account.
