Why is my account empty?

If you have logged into your account and you don't see any courses or billing information listed, you have an empty account.

An empty account is created when the subscription process is interrupted. Your internet could go out or you could accidentally navigate to a different page while entering your information. You can also have an empty account because you took a free practice test but did not subscribe yet. In order to finish the subscription process, you will need to follow these steps:

1. https://www.240tutoring.com/study-guides/

2. Find the study guide you need by selecting your state or exam series

3. Click the Subscribe button

4. LOG IN by clicking on the sign in here link instead of SIGN UP

5. Enter in your billing information to complete the sign-up process

This should allow you to complete creating your account.
