We can provide 25 hours towards your retake waiver. All you need to do is complete our study guide that associates directly with the exam you need hours for and score an 80% or higher on the full-length practice test at the end of the guide.
Please be aware: TEA requires the study guide to be started after they let you know you need hours. If you enrolled in the study guide before they told you about the hours, you will need to have your current progress removed so you can re-enroll in the study guide. We will not change the start date for your certificate.
You can request for us to delete the existing study guide so you can start over by sending an email to helpdesk@240tutoring.com.
