How do I update my credit card/billing information?

In order to update your card information, please login to your account. Go to Profile.


Now select Billing on the far right of the screen.


Under Billing, you can update your credit card information. This is also where you would change from one credit card to another. 


One thing we cannot do is change your billing date. If you wish to have your bill due on a different date, you will need to cancel your account and then resubscribe on that date you desire.

For example: Your bill is due on the 1st of the month and you want it due on the 15th. You will need to cancel your account before the 1st of the month and then resubscribe on the 15th.
