How do I update my credit card/billing information?

To update your card information, simply log into your account, click your name in the top right corner, and select Billing on the far right of the screen.

You can then click on "Update Payment Method" under the Subscriptions section. This is also where you can switch from one credit card to another.

One thing we cannot do is change your billing date. If you wish to have your bill due on a different date, you will need to cancel your account and then resubscribe on that date you desire.

For example, if your bill is due on the 1st of the month and you want it due on the 15th, you will need to cancel your account before the 1st and then resubscribe on the 15th.
