To cancel your account, log in and click on your name in the top right corner. Then, select the Billing tab and click on Cancel under Subscriptions. If you choose to cancel your subscription during a billing cycle, don’t worry—you'll still have full access to your study guides until the end of that period.
In the example above, the active subscription was created on the 14th and will be automatically billed on the 14th of each month. If the subscription is canceled on November 1st, the user will still have access until November 14th. On November 14th, the subscription will not automatically renew, and access to the study guides will expire.
